Yumwoof Refund Policy ❤️

Thanks for taking the time to read our refund policy in advance to make the best purchase decision for you. We are still a boutique brand, and as a smaller company, we appreciate your understanding and honesty in these situations.

One Bag Refund Guarantee

If your dog tried Yumwoof but did not like it, we offer a 21 day money-back guarantee on your first bag (14oz sizes only) to customers in the continental United States. Please note that this is only applicable to one (1) bag in your first order, so please keep that in mind if purchasing two (2+) or more bags for a dog who hasn't yet tried Yumwoof. 

Our One Bag Refund Guarantee is only applicable to 14oz size bags. It does not cover larger 3.5 lb or 7 lb bags.

Over your 21 day initial trial period, if your picky eater won't eat the food we've recommended, our nutritionists will offer solutions we've created for picky eaters. We'll do everything we can to help your dog find a meal plan they love!

Shipping is non-refundable. If you are eligble for a refund, you will be refunded the entire cost of your order less shipping.

Canceling Mid-Shipment

If an order with your first bag has already shipped and you need to cancel the order while it is on its way to you, we may accept a return of an unopened bag at our discretion less a $15 restocking fee**. Please note you will also be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Continental United States Only

Items purchased from or delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, military base addresses, or anywhere outside of the continental United States are not eligible for returns. This limitation includes our One Bag Refund Guarantee.

Returned Packages

If the mail carrier is unable to deliver your order after attempting to do so, and it is returned back to us, we will automatically refund your order upon receiving your package less a $15 restocking fee**.

** We wish we didn't have to charge restocking fees, but we are unfortunately charged fees by the mail carrier when this happens. We still lose money on these orders, even after the restocking fee.

21 Day Policy

We recently extended our money-back guarantee to 21 days. Our refund policy now lasts 21 days from the time your order is delivered. If 21 days have gone by since your shipment arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Topper Refund Policy

Our toppers including Perfect Immunity, Perfect Digestion, Perfect Probiotics, Perfect Yumsauce and Perfect Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil are not eligible for refunds. If your dog is suffering from allergies or gut health issues, please reach out to our support team for additional nutrition recommendations.

YumClub Membership Refund Policy

Our YumClub annual membership fee is not eligible for refunds. If your dog is a picky eater, please consider having your dogs try our products at full price first before becoming a member. If you subscribe to a YumClub membership and your dog will not eat their food, please reach out to our support team for additional topper recommendations—including Perfect Yumsauce—and to try other foods including Perfect Superfood and Perfect Dog Food Mix. We are committed to finding a healthy meal plan your dog loves!

Apparel Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our hats, every hat is different and we cannot accept returns.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

How To Request a Refund

To complete your refund, please email woof@yumwoof.com and request a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
